A proud heritage
The Patterson Company got its start in 1858 on the banks of the Monongahela River, in Pittsburgh. In the 1950s, we began designing and manufacturing towboat and barge winches, which we’re still known for today. Over the years, we’ve improved the winch by listening to your needs. The results are safer and more reliable winches that improve our customers’ bottom lines.
