Welding, Machining & Fabricating
At Patterson, we're not only focused on our own product manufacture - but also yours. As a core part of our operations is a fully equipped machining, welding and fabricating shop - along with a highly experienced team of operators - that can handle a wide range of projects. We have three CNC mills, four CNC lathes (including two with digital readouts), three threading and screw cutters, four gear cutters, and three drill presses. In addition, we have flame-cutting and painting and cleaning capabilities. Our 1000-square foot assembly area also contains a 2 ton crane. We have a DC Morrison keyseater, an Amada HFA 250 saw with bar feed, tumbler (vibratory), and a 5-ton capacity crane.
